Baker, Lydia [EHD]
From: Tamamian, Maurice [Chevron Stations Inc.] <mrct@chevron.com>
Sent: Monday, February 28, 2022 10:08 AM
To: Baker, Lydia [EHD]
Cc: Rowe, Deborah [Chevron Stations, Inc]
Subject: Chevron number 94275 located 2905 west Benjamin Holt Dr., Stockton, CA. Return to
Compliance
Attachments: 94275 UST NTC.pdf; RTC1.pdf; WRAP.NW1-2353607.pdf; 500344 Work Order.pdf
CAUTION:This email is originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the
sender and know the content is safe.
Good morning inspector baker.
This email is in response to the inspection report issued on February 10, 2022,to Chevron number 94275 located 2905
west Benjamin Holt Dr., Stockton, CA.
Below is our response to the 3 items noted in the enclosed inspection report,no further action is required:
• Overfill prevention inspection was performed on 2/17/2021 and a test report was submitted on
9/17/2021, 5 months late.
o It is not in Chevron's intention to miss the deadline on submitting test results within the required time
frame. Unfortunately, our testing contractor had issues with the test results in their system and it was
submitted late. The contractor now has a new process in place to verify all testing's have been submitted
to local agency within the required time frame and report to Chevron weekly. Chevron always strives to
have all testing results submitted within required time frames and will continue to do so.
• Failure to keep water out of the secondary containment syst: 87 Fill sump, 91 Turbine sump, 91 Fill sump and
under dispenser containment 13/14.
o Please see attached work order dated 2/24/2022
• Failure to maintain interstitial space to detect leaks before release to environment. The S4(87 grade), S5 (87
grade) and S7 (91 grade) sensors failed when tested.
o Sensors replaced during testing and passed. Passing test results attached.
Please contact me directly with any questions.
Thank you,
Maurice Tamamian
UST Compliance Coordinator
Americas Fuels and Lubricants
6001 Bollinger Canyon Road
San Ramon, CA 94583
Mobile: 310-923-6388
Email: mrctOchevron.com
