Held for one hour. <br /> - Witnessed diesel product primary piping soap test. No leaks observed . <br /> - Witnessed soil sampling under diesel product piping at dispenser canopy area and stock pile . Soil sampling for diesel product <br /> piping at tank pad was not conducted . <br /> Per §2672 (d )( 1 ) a separate sample shall be taken for each 20 linear-feet of trench for piping for any underground storage tank <br /> portion that has been removed . Please provide sampling map and explanation on why sampling at every 20 linear feet ( piping <br /> near at tank pad ) was not able to be conducted . <br /> Additional inspections are required . Please refer to approval letter dated October 7 , 2022 amended SR0085528 , section 3 for <br /> list of required inspections.
