Believe coming from dispenser <br /> Diesel piping. Leak was contain in the secondary. <br /> New scope of work : Remove all existing Diesel primary and secondary product pipe and replace. <br /> Upon completion of repairs test primary & secondary lines with EHD present <br /> 4.
