EI Dorado St . , Stockton , CA 95204 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ( EHD) has completed the review of the <br /> application for a permit to do the following on the underground storage tank ( UST) system at the above <br /> noted address : <br /> • Replace all diesel primary and secondary piping <br /> • Repair the 91 and diesel STP sumps with a fiberglass repair kit <br /> The permit has been approved with the following conditions : <br /> 1 . Contact the local fire department , the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District , and the <br /> San Joaquin County Community Development Department for any applicable permits and <br /> requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work . All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Provide written notification to ust( slgov . org to arrange the following appointments (a 48- hour <br /> notice is required for inspection appointments) . <br /> a . (completed 10/17/22) Primary piping test : Soap test of all diesel piping and penetrations <br /> ( product , vapor recovery , vent , and chase) , and one- hour pneumatic pressure test , in <br /> accordance with manufacturer installation instructions . <br /> b . (completed 10/19/22) Verification of secondary piping slope at 1 /8 inch per foot or <br /> greater, to a containment sump with an audible and visual alarm . <br /> C . (completed 10/19/22) Secondary piping test : Soap test of all diesel piping and <br /> penetrations ( product , vapor recovery , vent , and chase) , and one- hour pressure test at <br /> the manufacturer' s recommended specification . <br /> d . (completed 10/19/22) Verification of all pipe setbacks , cross-overs , and burial depth <br /> according to the manufacturer' s installation instructions , and verification of appropriate <br /> piping backfill . <br /> e . (completed 10/17/22) Witness soil and/or water sampling under diesel piping <br /> f. Since concrete will be broken near the additional piping , UDCs and tanks , a secondary <br /> containment test must be performed on the affected components once concrete is <br /> poured in accordance with the manufacturer' s guidelines . <br /> g . 24- hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the 91 and diesel STP sumps . <br /> 1868 E .
