( If adding piping , UDC ' s , or other UST equipment, or performing tank top upgrade, use the UST Installation Application pages 4-8 as necessary for a timely plan review) : Diesel line leaking at Diesel STP sump Request Permit to determmine what is needed to make repairs Will update scope of work and materials once investigation has been completed 9/23/22 - Diesel line leak from primary line , could not find leak . Believe coming from dispenser Diesel piping . Leak was contain in the secondary . New scope of work : Remove all existing Diesel primary and secondary product pipe and replace . Upon completion of repairs test primary & secondary lines with EHD present 10/13/22 - 91 STP Sump Fiberglass Repair for 3rd party SB989 Testing to be completed 10/31 /22- Diesel STP Sump Fiberglass Repair @ collar leaking - to complete SB989 Testing 4 .
