Contact the local fire department, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the <br /> San Joaquin County Community Development Department for any applicable permits and <br /> requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Provide written notification to ust(a-slgov.org to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour <br /> notice is required for inspection appointments). <br /> a. Overfill prevention verification: Measurement of drop tubes to verify 95% tank volume <br /> shut off. Verification of flapper functionality. Ensure that all pertinent tank charts and <br /> calculations are available for review at the time of inspection. <br /> b. Verification that ball float(s), if installed, do not interfere with the installed flapper valve. <br /> c. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5-gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic test <br /> (or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br /> d. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to ensure <br /> that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code <br /> of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. A copy of the alarm history shall be <br /> printed prior to performing the cold start of the monitoring panel, and made available at <br /> the time of EHD inspection. <br /> e. Since concrete will be broken near the UST, a secondary containment test must be <br /> performed on the 91 and three 87 tanks once concrete is poured in accordance with the <br /> manufacturer's guidelines. <br /> 1868 E.
