Regarding Violation #207, I am afraid that the DO that did Rancho San Miguel previously did not retain
soft copies, In that case,All we can do is try to find hard copies on site, If none is available,We will have to
deem a part of this violation unresolvable.
However,This doesn't explain the missing DO reports from 10/15/2021-Present.The violation states that
only o6/25/2021-10/15/2021 DO's are on site,The ownership of the site is the same,Julio, Kindly contact
afforda test for the DO's from 10/15/2021-Present.They retain soft copies.
As to violation #lig It seems there was an attempt by Afforda Test to test the overfill, and it failed. The
failure was due to them being unable to remove the fill tubes or such, and there was some water/fuel in
the sumps. The water was removed and that issue was mitigated, However,I suspect the drop tubes may
need repair?Julio would know more about this than I do.
I encourage you to discuss this matter with Afforda Test as well.
Lydia,
We try to stay on top of the compliance issues, but sometimes some things seep through the crack,We will
get this resolved in conjunction with the tenants, California Pacific Connect.
Please see attached.
Very Respectfully,
Abdalrahman(Abed)Ajarmeh
Office Manager
6
