Dave Olmstead, representing the <br />applicant, appealed Condition No. 2.G to the Board of <br />Supervisors. Condition 2.G reads as follows: "A terminal <br />drainage system shall be provided." <br />The Board of Supervisors, at their meeting of October 25, 1984, <br />referred the matter back to the Planning Commission for recon- <br />sideration of storm drainage. <br />Since that time, the applicant has been working with the <br />Department of Public Works on a revised condition regarding <br />storm drainage. The Department of Public Works has advised us <br />that they are prepared to recommend a revised Condition No. 2.G <br />which will state that storm drainage shall be contained on each <br />individual lot as provided by Board Order No. B-76-4201. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve revised Condition No <br />Department of Public Works. <br />Attachments <br />HR/blm <br />2.G as recommended by the <br />r * + <br />
