The drainage system shall meet the requirements of <br />the County and provide adequate drainage for the <br />improvements (development). The acceptance or approval <br />by the County of the drainage system does not relieve <br />the developer (or his engineer) of the responsibility <br />of providing an adequate drainage system. <br />i. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br />prescribed in Section 9-1450 of Ordinance 2634, as <br />amended, the developer shall contribute fees of <br />equivalent value as defined in said section. <br />j. (Amended by the Planning Commission on August 2, <br />1984): <br />Full street improvements in compliance with Section <br />1612 of Ordinance 2634 and Ordinance 672 shall be <br />provided within the subdivision. Fairoaks Road <br />shall be improved on the subdivision side in accor- <br />dance with the 60 -foot richt-of-wav standards for <br />farm and estate subdivision streets. There shall be <br />a 5 -foot dedication along the subdivision side of <br />Fairoaks Road. <br />Water system or methods shall conform to the require- <br />ments of the Local Health District, the Department of <br />Public Works, and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862. <br />1. A Preliminary Soil Report, as prescribed in Section <br />9-1507 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be <br />required. <br />
