1. <br />2. <br />As approved by the <br />Board of Supervisors <br />July 23, 1985 <br />CONDITIONS <br />SUBDIVISION MAP NO. S-84-7 <br />THOMAS FORNASERO <br />Local Health District: <br />a. This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules <br />and Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. <br />549. Percolation tests, and soil profiles are <br />required to be run on a minimum of five lots. <br />Minimum sewage disposal areas are required on each <br />lot for Health District approval. Permits for the <br />percolation tests from the Health District are <br />required. <br />(Amended by the Planning Commission June 6, 1985, to <br />add): Subject to the rules and regulations for pri- <br />vate wells. <br />b. Sewage disposal areas most be located a minimum of <br />50' from the canal. <br />Public Works• <br />a. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br />Improvement Standards and Specifications of the <br />County of San Joaquin. <br />b. All improvement plans and specifications must be <br />approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of <br />Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. <br />C. If improvements referred to herein are not completed <br />prior to the approval of the Final Map, the sub- <br />divider shall execute an agreement with the County of <br />San Joaquin ensuring the completion of improvements <br />within one (1) year after filing the Final Map. <br />d. The subdivider should agree to and shall pay users <br />fees for the utility services from the time the <br />improvements are accepted by the County to -the end of <br />the fiscal year, or up to a one (1) year period, as <br />the case may be. <br />e. Public utility easements shall be as required by <br />Pacific Gas and Electric Company and all other public <br />utilities. <br />f. Underground utilities are required pursuant to <br />Section 9-1730 of Ordinance 2634; the location <br />SU -84-7 -1- (conditions) <br />
