BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERSTATEVISORS OF <br /> COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> OF <br /> R-00-562 <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> S99U2IYVL(CDTMATION N0. <br /> OF TRACINDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES (C/o ADT AUTOMOTIVE) <br /> WHEREAS, On September 7, 2000, the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission considered this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 17, 2000, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing <br /> was given in accordance with law, and.oral <br /> documentary <br /> menaid m tter eand <br /> vidence <br /> having been received in favor of or opposedremises; and <br /> this Board of Supervisors being advised on the p <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors approved a Negative <br /> Declaration as adequate to address the impacts of the proposed <br /> project; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors determined that said <br /> Special Purpose Plan Amendment is consistent with the General Plan, <br /> as described in the . Basis for Special Purpose Plan Amendment <br /> contained in the Staff Report; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that: <br /> 1. The Negative Declaration (dated July 12, 2000) , which includes <br /> the Initial Study, has been adopted; and <br /> 2 .
