AV <br /> zo�' <br /> Partners, comprised of approximately two hundred forty (240) acres and more <br /> particularly described on Exhibit A attached to this Amendment and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference, shall be added to, and included within, the Property for all purposes <br /> of the Development Agreement. <br /> 2. Additional Existing Approvals. The following approvals for the Project <br /> shall be added to, end included within, the Existing Approvals for all purposes of the <br /> Development Agreement: <br /> (a) Special Purpose Plan approved by the County on May 10, 1994. <br /> (b) Business Park Tract Map 2450 approved by the County and <br /> recorded on December 24, 1992. <br /> {c) Lot Line Adjustment(LA-97-32) approved by the County and <br /> recorded 1997, <br /> (d) Lot Line Adjustment(LA-_-___) approved by the County and <br /> recorded 19_ <br /> yet recorded.(e) Lot Line Adjustment (LA-_-__) approved by the County but not <br /> (f) Parcel Map MS 98-12 approved by the County and recorded on <br /> October 29,.1999. <br /> (g) First Amendment to Special Purpose Plan No. PP-94-01 approved <br /> with findings by the Board of Supervisors on , 2000, by.Ordinance <br /> No. and all of the conditions of approval set forth in such First Amendment, <br /> together with a Negative Declaration applicable thereto. <br /> (h) Second Amendment to Development Agreement (this Amendment) <br /> between County and Developer, approved with findings by the Board of Supervisors on <br /> 2000, by Ordinance No. (the "Amendment Enacting <br /> Ordinance"), together with a Negative Declaration pertaining thereto. <br /> 3. Effective Date. This Amendment shall be dated and the obligations of the <br /> parties hereunder shall be effective as of the effective date of the Amendment Enacting <br /> Ordinance. This Amendment shall be recorded in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Section 11.2 of the Development Agreement. <br /> 4. No Further Modifications.
