AV zo�' Partners, comprised of approximately two hundred forty (240) acres and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached to this Amendment and incorporated herein by this reference, shall be added to, and included within, the Property for all purposes of the Development Agreement. 2. Additional Existing Approvals. The following approvals for the Project shall be added to, end included within, the Existing Approvals for all purposes of the Development Agreement: (a) Special Purpose Plan approved by the County on May 10, 1994. (b) Business Park Tract Map 2450 approved by the County and recorded on December 24, 1992. {c) Lot Line Adjustment(LA-97-32) approved by the County and recorded 1997, (d) Lot Line Adjustment(LA-_-___) approved by the County and recorded 19_ yet recorded.(e) Lot Line Adjustment (LA-_-__) approved by the County but not (f) Parcel Map MS 98-12 approved by the County and recorded on October 29,.1999. (g) First Amendment to Special Purpose Plan No. PP-94-01 approved with findings by the Board of Supervisors on , 2000, by.Ordinance No. and all of the conditions of approval set forth in such First Amendment, together with a Negative Declaration applicable thereto. (h) Second Amendment to Development Agreement (this Amendment) between County and Developer, approved with findings by the Board of Supervisors on 2000, by Ordinance No. (the "Amendment Enacting Ordinance"), together with a Negative Declaration pertaining thereto. 3. Effective Date. This Amendment shall be dated and the obligations of the parties hereunder shall be effective as of the effective date of the Amendment Enacting Ordinance. This Amendment shall be recorded in accordance with the provisions of Section 11.2 of the Development Agreement. 4. No Further Modifications.
