The Subdivider shall send to the Property Evaluation Unit of the Toxic Substance Control <br /> `;division of the State Department of Health Services a letter approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Division requesting a determination under the provisions of Article 11, California <br /> State Health and Safety Code. The response from the Department of Health Services or the <br /> letter from the subdivider requesting that a determination be made, is to be recorded in the <br /> Title Report and the subdivision's Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions. <br /> G. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> H. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain a EPA identification number-and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> I. Submission of four(4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Division for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br />
