Patterson Run is an intermittent creek that crosses the site in an <br /> A <br /> approximately north-south direction between the Califomia Aqueduct and the Delta- <br /> Deborah Baer Mendota Canal. The creek is located about 3,000 to 4,000 feet west of Patterson Pass <br /> Jamey Baam Road (a.k.a. Mountain House Parkway) and about 1,500 to 2,000 feet west of the <br /> Connie Caliu current development phase with frontage on Patterson Pass Road. <br /> S=rn R: Crinkling <br /> Rory Dobbersrrn <br /> Cary Dnp During a daytime assessment of Patterson Run on Tuesday,August 17, 1999, a single <br /> I RichardErickrnn kit fox was observed along the bank of the creek by wildlife biologist David Muth. Mr. <br /> Kc-vin fincher Muth was about 50-60 feet from the animal when he saw it. After about 20-30 seconds, <br /> Clint Kellar, the fox ran up the bank of the creek and out of sight. There are a number of potential <br /> Laara Lather dens along Patterson Run, however, none have been confirmed as actual kit fox dens. <br /> Benran Lee <br /> Jadith H.Flalamar Scat of the appropriate size for kit fox also was found on the upper bank of the creek <br /> sabring,vicbnl(r along with coyote scat.
