If you require additional copies of maps 1, 2, and 4 which were. <br /> included in the original submittal,please do not hesitate to tali nle at(510) 438-0771. <br /> On behalf of our client, Security Capital Industrial -Trust, this letter is being submitted to <br /> present the results of RMI's delineation of areas that potentially qualify as jurisdictional <br /> -1 wetlands and waters of the U.S. on the Tri-State/Cheng property, Patterson Pass Industrial <br /> Park The property is located north of 580, at Patterson Pass Road. Figure I provides a <br /> project location map. Figure 2 shows the project boundary. A wetland delineation nvar <br /> J conducted for the entire site in T2S, R4E Sections 20, 21, and 23 in San Joaquin Counn-, <br /> Midway USES Quadrangle. <br /> This letter serves as a formal request for a jurisdictional determination for the project area <br /> from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps). This delineation was conducted using <br /> _ methods and guidelines provided in the 1987 Wetlands Delineation Manual (Environmental <br /> Laboratory 1987). Project Location, Project Boundary, and a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers <br /> Potential Jurisdictional Wetlands and Waters of the U.S maps are attached, along with a copy <br /> of the data sheets. A description of the site, methods and results of our wetland assessment is <br /> provided below. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The project site is boardered by HWY 205 to the north, Patterson Pass Road to the south; the <br /> California Aqueduct to the west; and the Delta Mendota Canal to the east. Much of the site <br /> has been used for agricultural practices, including oat cultivation; and commercial <br /> development along Patterson Pass Road.
