A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and <br /> a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection <br /> Division prior to performing any excavation or <br /> filling of earth material . <br /> a. A grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U.B .C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section <br /> 7006( 1 ) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable . <br /> C. Subdivision grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic <br /> yards shall comply with Section 7014 for <br /> "Engineered Grading Requirements . " <br /> d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> e.
