NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED BEAR CREEK <br /> TERRACE III REORGANIZATION (LAFC 2-86) Including <br /> Annexations To The Lockeford Community Services District <br /> And The Bear Creek Terrace Maintenance District. <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on friday, ,lune 20, 1986, at <br /> 2: 00 P.M. in the Chambers of the Board of Supurvisors on the 7th <br /> floor of the County Courthouse, 222 East Weyer Avenue, Stockton, <br /> California, the Local Agency Formation Coumiission of San Joaquin <br /> County will hold a public hearing on the above entitled matter. <br /> The proposal would annex 39 acres to both the Lockeford <br /> Community Services District and the Bear Creek Terrace Maintenance <br /> District. The affected territory is located at the cast terminus <br /> of Parkdale Drive, 1700 feet east of Tully Road, Lockeford. Maps <br /> and boundary descriptions of the affected territory are available <br /> from the LAFC Executive Officer, 181.0 E. Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, <br /> California 95205. <br /> It is within the jurisdiction of the ConuH.ission to approve or <br /> disapprove the proposal or to amend it by adding or deleting terri- <br /> tory for the purpose of encouraging orderly development of local <br /> governmental agencies. San Joaquin County has adopted a Negative <br /> Declaration affirming that the proposal will not have significant <br /> impact on the environment. <br /> All interested persons may appear at said hearing and present <br /> their views on any matter relating to the proposal at that time. <br /> -GERALD F.
