There are no septic systems in the vicinity. 1.3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity Terracon searched the EHD Public Records website for the adjoining property septic permits. There are no permits available for the adjoining properties: 1.3.6 Septic Repair Permit History in the Vicinity No repair to any septic systems because there are no septic systems in the vicinity. 1.3.7 Expected On -Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage According to information provided by the client, the site will be occupied seven days per week, 10 hours per day, year round. The flowrate for a customer is 5 -gallons per day, similar to an airport passenger (2017 OWTS Manual page 21). It should be noted the employee effluent was calculated as follows for a 10 hour day: 15 gpd / 8 hour day = 1.875 gallons per hour x 10 hours = 18.75 gpd. Customers are assumed to be onsite less than 8 hours per day. Expected On -Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage 3 Employees x 18.75 -gallons per day (10 hour shift) = 56.25 GPD 10 Customers x 5 -gallons per day = 50 GPD Maximum Total GPD = 106.25 GPD The maximum daily flow rate for the proposed Trailer Parking Facility operations is approximately 106.25 gallons of effluent per day.
