SAN J 0 A Q U 1 N Environmental Health Department <br /> u ; i y 1 Iii <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> A TEICHERT&SON INCA 120 FRANK WEST CIR, STOCKTON January 26, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> OBSERVATION: 240 gallon tote of HD Pro Degreaser was found on site that has not been reported to CERS <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for transmission oil and hydraulic fluid were not <br /> complete. Both materials did not have the storage pressure listed. List ambient as the storage pressure fe both <br /> materials. Carbon dioxide should be listed as 450 pounds not 450 cubic feet. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br /> of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map is incomplete because <br /> not all of the emergency response equipment(fire extinguishers)were not identified on the site map. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> FA0012107 PR0520853 SCO01 01/26/2022 <br /> EHD 19-01 Rev.9/16/2020 Page 2 of 3 Hazardous Materials Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
