Nothing in this <br />Paragraph requires Flying J to produce any documents that are protected by the attorney-client <br />privilege, attorney work product doctrine or any other applicable privilege afforded to Flying <br />J under law <br />i <br />23. ENTRY AFTER NOTICED MOTION <br />The Parties seek approval of this Consent Judgment on noticed motion and have <br />requested that the Court make a determination that the Consent Judgment is fair and in the <br />public interest. The People have provided written notice of the proposed settlement to all <br />State, county and local officials with authority to bring any claims described in Paragraph 7.1 <br />Such notice included a complete copy of the proposed Consent Judgment, the moving papers <br />in support of the motion for entry of the Consent Judgment and express notice of the terms of <br />Paragraphs 7.1. through 7.7. <br />24. INTEGRATION <br />This Consent Judgment constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and may <br />not be amended or supplemented except as provided for in.the Consent Judgment. <br />25. MODIFICATION OF CONSENT JUDGMENT <br />This Consent Judgment may be modified only by the Court, or upon written consent <br />by the Parties and the approval of the Court. <br />26. ANNUAL STATUS REPORTS <br />Beginning one year after entry of this Consent Judgment, for as long as this Consent <br />Judgment remains in effect, Flying J shall file an annual status report setting forth the specific <br />actions that .Flying J has taken at each California facility during the previous year in order to <br />comply with its obligations under this Consent Judgment and any penalties it has paid for <br />noncompliance. Each status report shall be signed by the President of Flying J, or Flying J's <br />California environmental compliance officer, under penalty of perjury <br />CONSENT JUDGMENT <br />20 <br />
