Diesel—the EHS data element was wrongly reported as "Yes"vs. "No"; diesel is not an "EHS", extremely
hazardous substance.
• Emergency Response/Contingency Plan—a Spill Prevention & Emergency Response Plan was uploaded in lieu of
an Emergency Response/Contingency Plan. The Spill Prevention & Emergency Response Plan does not contain
the required information found in the Spill Prevention & Emergency Response Plan which had been uploaded
to CERS 3/16/22. 1 have attached the CERS Consolidated Contingency Plan submittal from 031622;this
contingency plan was previously accepted in CERS.
• The employee training plan contained in Spill Prevention & Emergency Response Plan is not complete and does
not address the following required training elements:
1. Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the
unified program agency.
2. Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site.
• As an alternate to uploading a separate employee training plan; you may refer to the training elements outlined
in Section 1 of the Emergency Response/Contingency Plan template provided in CERS. This is accomplished by
discarding the uploaded document, choosing "Provided Elsewhere in CERS'; then choosing "Emergency
Response and Training Plans".
1
