Hello, Upon review the Date for OF was 9/3/2019 and 9/28/21 OF was cancelled needed to be fixed with the new compliance issues so the date Remains 9/3/19 unless another company did it and we haven't been updated. According to this information all my digital reports do not show another date besides one had a typo on the SB989 date which is 11/15/19 the typo had an 8 instead of 9. 1 have told my techs to make sure in the event on an alarm to include the sumps on their report as I seen on 8/6/21 it was blank. I had a verbal conversation with all DES Ops for future reference.
