S A N J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUNT <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> FOOD MART GASOLINE* 2185 E FREMONT ST, STOCKTON September 12, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 307 HSC 25290.1(c3), 25290.2(c3) Failure to keep water out of the secondary containment system (post-Jul 2003). <br /> OBSERVATION: Liquid was found in the 1/2 UDC. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the <br /> system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed 2.5 gallons of liquid from the 1/2 UDC and returned the <br /> sensor to its proper location. Immediately contact a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor to address <br /> the water intrusion into the 1/2 UDC. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 318 CCR 2635, 2637.1,2665, 2712 Failed to meet spill container requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION: The 91 spill container failed when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All LISTS shall be equipped with a spill container that collects any hazardous <br /> substances spilled during delivery operations,that has a minimum capacity of five gallons and a drain valve that <br /> allows drainage of the collected spill into the primary container or provide a means to keep the container empty. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The spill container was replaced and retested during the inspection. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by October 12, 2022 . <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($156).
