(1) Equipment Inventory Database <br />SOPUS shall maintain an internal database application that stores a record of the UST <br />equipment at each location. The equipment detail shall include all UST system components <br />associated with tanks, piping, sumps, under dispenser containment and monitoring systems. The <br />database shall be updated by SOPUS when an upgrade or modification to the UST system <br />occurs. <br />(in) UST Equipment Checklist <br />Defendants shall ensure that the contractor(s) retained by Defendants shall complete a <br />UST system equipment checklist each time a UST system upgrade occurs at a site. The <br />equipment checklist shall be maintained by SOPUS as a record for the site and be used to update <br />the Equipment Inventory Database. <br />People v.
