S A N J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> C o u N T AMENDED <br /> 1/31/2022 <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> One Link LLC 1111 NAVY DR, STOCKTON January 14, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 102 CCR 66262.11 Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATIONS: The following chemicals/releases were observed throughout the facility: <br /> Water Treatment Area: <br /> -One 10 gallon propane tank was observed in a shed (photo 2) <br /> -One 1500 gallon chemical tank(photo 3) <br /> -One 2000 gallon chemical tank(photo 4) <br /> Property Manager Brendan Judge was not sure if the tanks were empty. <br /> Graveyard Area: <br /> -One blue 18 gallon steel drum labeled "Lubrication Engineers"contained unknown material. Some of the contents <br /> had leaked onto the ground (photo 5 and 6). <br /> -One white 1 gallon container with no label held an unknown white material. The container was broken and the <br /> contents had spilled onto the ground (photo 5). <br /> -One rag stained with an unknown material was observed on the ground (photo 7). <br /> -One green 18 gallon drum containing an unknown material was placed inside a blue 55 gallon poly drum. The <br /> drum was laying on the side(photo 8). <br /> -Approximately 5 boxes of"Nandi Foam"containing A and B component containers were observed on a stack of <br /> pallets(photo 9). <br /> -Approximately two refrigeration gas tanks (size of 5 gallon propane tank), one 27 cubic feet oxygen tank, and one <br /> 10 cubic feet gas tank(contents unknown)were observed inside a cage(photo 10). <br /> -Three blue 5 gallon plastic containers(full)labeled "Roastin'2002"(photo 11 and 12). <br /> -One 2000 gallon tank labeled "salt brine"(photo 13) <br /> South Side of Facility: <br /> -One bag containing a white powder was torn up and the contents had spilled onto concrete slabs and the floor <br /> (photo 14). <br /> -2 refrigerators and other household appliances(appliances were bent out of shape)(photo 15) <br /> -Oily water was observed in the secondary containment of a 500 gallon used oil tank(photo 16) <br /> -Oily absorbent pads were observed in the funnel on the used oil tank(photo 17) <br /> -One 5 gallon bucket labeled"Superior Lubricants"(full)(photo 19) <br /> -One 5 gallon bucket labeled"Rockite"(full)(photo 20) <br /> In the Center Warehouse Area: <br /> -Two 5 gallon buckets(full)labeled "Oleoresin Paprika 1000ASTA" (photo 21) <br /> In the Shop Area: <br /> -One parts washer(full)(photo 23) <br /> -One 1 gallon jug labeled"Golden Touch"(photo 24) <br /> -Several bottles labeled"Alpet D2 Surface Sanitizer"(full)were observed throughout the shop area(photo 25) <br /> -One spray can labeled "Green Epoxy Insulating Varnish"(photo 26) <br /> In the Ammonia Room: <br /> -One trash can contained stained absorbent and dirt(photo 27) <br /> -One red 55 gallon steel drum contained stained absorbent pads (photo 28) <br /> -One white 5 gallon bucket labeled"Compresyn"(photo 29) <br /> FA0010514 PR0514362 SCO01 01/14/2022 <br /> EHD 22-01 Rev.12/06/2021 Page 5 of 10 Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator OIR <br /> 1868 E.
