TACOS AL PASTOR. MANAGER AT <br />FACILITY SAID ITS OUT OF HER CONTROL. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility Major <br />OBSERVATIONS: I observe many flies at the cooking area and back prep area with no flies control measures taken. <br />Provide more pest control measures to control the flies in 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br />#27 Food Protected from Contamination <br />OBSERVATIONS: All food containers at the cold hold at the cook line, are not covered. Provide covers or wraps to all <br />containers today to avoid potential contamination. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food shall be separated and protected from contamination. Raw meat is received at 41F prepackaged and stored in the walk in <br />cooler at 41F to be marinated and prepared to be placed on the spinner to serve the same day or placed in the walk in cooler <br />for later. <br />Meat spinner is functioning properly.
