The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for SAVE ON FUEL as of October 25, 2022. <br /> Open violations from April 05, 2022 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#319-Failure to comply with overfill prevention equipment requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION: Overfill prevention testing for the 87 tank has not been conducted. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Overfill prevention equipment inspections were required to be conducted by 09/13/ <br /> 2021, and every 36 months thereafter, and within 30 days of completion of a repair. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule this testing and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD.
