The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for A&A GAS FOOD MART as of August 24, 2022. Open violations from November 03, 2021 inspection Violation#106-Failure to submit and maintain a current facility plot plan/site map. OBSERVATION:An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. -The sit map incorrectly includes a sensor in the 87 fill sump.The 87 fill sump does not have a sensor. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. The site plan must show the general layout of tanks and clearly identify locations of the following equipment, if installed: 1)monitoring panels; 2)in-tank liquid level probes(if used for leak detection); 3)devices monitoring tank annular spaces or vault; 4)devices monitoring product piping; 5)devices monitoring fill piping; 6) devices monitoring vent piping; 7)devices monitoring vapor recovery piping; 8)devices monitoring vent/transition sumps; 9)devices monitoring under-dispenser containment; 10)line leak detectors; and 11)devices monitoring any other secondary containment areas. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#205-Failure to have current UST Monitoring Plan readily accessible at the facility. OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. OBSERVATION: Large amount of liquid was observed in UDC 9/10, indicating a leak in the primary containment. REGULATION GUIDANCE:All primary containment for the UST system must be product tight. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately have a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the failed component(s), under permit and inspection of the EHD if necessary. Page 1 of 2
