Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Subject: Morada West Subdivision - Tract #1027 - Water System <br /> Dear Don: <br /> In order to facilitate the development of this subdivision, at this time, we <br /> have had to scale back the development of phase I, sixty-five (65) lots, to <br /> include just those lots South of East Bay Municipal Utility District, nineteen <br /> (19). <br /> In order to develop in an orderly, and economical manner, we have decided to <br /> install one (1) complete well, pump, storage facility with emergency power <br /> supply in the Southerly location, as indicated on our plans, and defer the <br /> installation of the Northerly well, pump and storage facility until we are <br /> able to begin the development North of the EBMUD line. <br /> Schmid Development, Inc. , is willing to bond the improvements, so there is no <br /> possible hint of non-completion. <br /> The distance from the development South of EBMUD to the Northerly well site <br /> is approximately twenty-two hundred feet (2200' ), and until we cross the EBMUD <br /> line, to begin development of the Northerly portion of Phase I, it does not <br /> justify the implementation of the second site, nor do we consider that the <br /> system would be overloaded with only nineteen homes served by a system designed <br /> to handle one hundred sixteen homes. <br /> I would appreciate your decision on this matter just as fast as possible. <br /> Yours truly, <br /> C D DE MF, LCA_ <br /> f <br /> R. chael Mensinger _Olvisi-oYr-�� ager <br />
