CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL -VALLEY REGION <br /> ORDER NO. <br /> WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> FOR <br /> MORADA WEST SUBDIVISION <br /> SAN .JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley <br /> Region, finds that: <br /> 1 . Schmid Development, Inc. , submitted a report of waste discharge <br /> for a proposed 285 unit subdivision to be located at Hammer Lane <br /> and Highway 99 , two miles north of Stockton, in the NE4 of Section <br /> 13, T2N, R6E, MDB&M. <br /> 2. Eighty-five thousand gallons per day of domestic wastewater will <br /> be treated by a package extended aeration treatment plant, with <br /> disposal to a series of 50 seepage pits. <br /> d <br /> d 3 . Groundwater in the area occurs some 40 to 50 feet below ground <br /> surface. <br /> >n� <br /> 4. Beneficial uses of groundwater in the area are domestic, in- <br /> dustrial , and agricultural supply. <br /> 5. The Board on 15 June 1971 adopted an Interim Water Quality Control <br /> Plan for the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Basin and the San Joaquin <br /> River Basin. <br /> 6. The Board has notified the discharger and other interested agencies <br /> and persons of its intent to prescribe waste discharge requirements <br /> for the proposed discharge. <br /> 7. The Board in a public meeting has heard and considered all comments <br /> pertaining to this order. <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, Morada West Subdivision shall comply with the <br /> following: <br /> 1 <br /> A. Discharge Specifications <br /> 1. The discharge shall not cause a pollution. <br /> 2. Neither the discharge nor its treatment shall cause a <br /> nuisance. <br /> 3. The discharge shall remain underground at all times. <br /> 4. The dry weather 'flow shall not exceed a total of <br /> 85,000 gallons per day. <br />
