SECTION F - DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEM <br /> Water line installation shall conform to the requirements of the County of San <br /> Joaquin Standard Specifications, Section 6-2B. <br /> SECTION G - DOMESTIC WATER WELL & PUMPING SYSTEM <br /> The water well and pumping system installation shall conform to the requirements <br /> of San Joaquin Standard Specifications, including Section 6.29 and the following: <br /> i <br /> GENERAL <br /> The pump shall be a Berkley Model vertical deepwell turbine pump or approved <br /> equivalent and shall deliver not less than 600 G.P.M . at a total dynamic head <br /> of 250' in 6 stages. The speed of operation shall not exceed 1800 R.P.M. The <br /> Contractor's bid shall be accompanied by a guaranteed performance curve <br /> showing the head capacity curve, pump bowl efficiently and brake horse power <br /> to pump. <br /> SPECIFICATION <br /> The make, size and number of stages of the pump, the make, type and size <br /> of the motor and diameter of casing are subject to change to suit the site <br /> requirements. <br /> ELECTRICAL CONTROLS <br /> Pumping plant control panel shall include magnetic starter fusible disconnect <br /> switch 3 overload relay heater elements and start-stop button in weather res- <br /> isting enclosure. <br /> LOW VOLTAGE PROTECTION <br /> A time delay relay, a pressure switch and 1 . 5 K.V.A. 480/120 transformer shall <br /> be provided. The service connection from the power pole to the control panel <br /> and the 480 volt motor circuit and 120 volt chlorinator circuit shall be all in under- <br /> ground conduit.
