DISCHARGE COLUMN ASSEMBLY <br /> The discharge shall be 14 inches, designed for a 16 inch (flange) <br /> (dresser coupling) . <br /> MOTOR <br /> The motor shall be 480 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle, not more than 1160 RPM <br /> at no load, and shall be of the proper size to drive the pump continuously <br /> under the total head specified. <br /> DUPLEX AIR BUBBLER CONTROL PANEL <br /> GENERAL <br /> The models V-1215 and V-1215-1 Air Bubbler control panel is of wall mounted <br /> NEMA 12 construction. Built in accordance with the latest NEMA, and National <br /> Electric code standards. As manufactured by Vanco Controls, Inc. or app- <br /> roved equivalent. <br /> The control panel shall contain all electric and pneumatic components req- <br /> quired for the automatic operation of the pumps. <br /> A 1/12 HP air compressor shall be mounted on top of the control panel, with <br /> all electrical and pneumatic connections factory installed. <br /> All power wiring shall be black THW, and control wiring red MTW, with the <br /> exception of the neutral, which shall be white, and the ground wire which <br /> shall be green. Each wire shall be labeled at each end with the appropriate <br /> wire number, corresponding to the wiring diagram. Wiring shall be run in <br /> plastic wire duct to provide easy access to wires. All wires to remote devices <br /> shall be pre-wired to terminal blocks. <br /> Electrical and pneumatic components shall be separated by a steel barrier, <br /> and each compartment shall have a separate access door. A 1 KVA transfor- <br /> mer shall be located in the electrical section to furnish 120v 1phase power to <br /> the air compressor and control circuit. <br /> CIRCUIT BREAKERS <br /> Two De-ion circuit breakers sha.11..be mounted in the electrical section of the <br /> control panel, to <br /> ve-las overload protection, ,and a disebnpecting means <br /> for each pump mEach c)rcuit.breaker shall }ye m@ct6ntically'interiocked <br /> with the access to prevent the'door from being ope;ed unless both <br /> circuit breakers are in tete tiff-positjon.
