Please note that the requirements limit the discharge to 30,000
gallons per day which would be expected from Phase I of the subdivision,
68 lots. The requirements will have to be revised before Phases II
and III are developed.
If Phase I of the Morada West Subdivision and facilities, as described
in the findings of Order No. 74-329, are completed, any discharge from
the package treatment plants must comply with these requirements.
If it becomes feasible to connect to the City of Stockton's sewer system,
or if the subdivision will not be developed, the San Joaquin County
Utility Maintenance District should advise our office so the subject
Order can be rescinded.
IS1lin11cerely
WILLIAM S OHNSON
Senior En i eer
Delta Wate hed
LFN:ca
Encl osyyre
cc: 5an Joaquin Local Health District, Bob Harrell
San Joaquin County Utility Maintenance District
San Joaquin County Department of Public Works
San Joaquin County Planning Department
