The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for STOCKTON FOOD & GAS #2 as of November 30, 2022. Open violations from June 29, 2022 inspection Violation #20 -Failure to maintain a copy of the"Facility Employee Training Certificate"on-site. :BSE ION The Facility Employee Training Certificate dated 5/21/21 & 5/10/22 contained an incorrect and expired ICC date for the DO that conducted training and the initial training date for the employees being trained was incorrect. REGULATION GUIDANCE: All site employees must be trained prior to taking responsibility as a facility employee if after October 1, 2018, or within 30 days of hire if prior to October 1, 2018. The Facility Employee Training Certificate shall contain accurate information for all employees trained. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Update the Facility Employee Training Certificate to contain the accurate information and submit copy of the updated form to the EHD. OBSERVATION Liquid was observed in the 87 STP Sump REGULATION GUIDANCE: If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed the liquid from the 87 STP sump. Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces are maintained free of liquid.
