OBSERVATION: UST Tank Information forms are not current in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). The Diesel, 87 and 91 tank forms answered 'YES'to having ball floats in the overfill protection section. Flow restrictors were not noted in the diesel overfill results dated 9/7/21. Flow restrictors were not observed or noted in the 87 and 91 overfill results dated 2/8/21. REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 104 CCR 2632(d)(1), 2634(d)Failure to submit a complete and accurate UST Monitoring Plan. OBSERVATION: The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. Lakhwinder S. Singh is listed as being both the first and second person having responsibility.The same person cannot be listed twice. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 107 HSC 25292.2; CCR 2711(a)(11)Failure to submit and maintain complete and current financial responsibility documents. OBSERVATION: Current financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. The most recent financial responsibility documents in CERS are dated 9/15/2021. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually.
