The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for ONE STOP MARKET* as of April 21, 2022. Open violations from December 15, 2021 inspection Violation#202-Failure to retain a paper or electronic copy of the permit to operate at the facility. OBSERVATION:A copy of the UST operating permit was not found on site. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the UST operating permit and all attachments and conditions shall be retained at the facility. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the permit and retain it on site. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#203-Failure to maintain monitoring records for 36 months and maintenance records for 60 months. OBSERVATION: Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. -Overfill prevention equipment test results for 2018 were not found on site during the inspection. REGULATION GUIDANCE: These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records include: (1)date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2)monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; (3)results of any visual observations; (4)results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5)logs of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6)results of inventory readings and reconciliations.
