No chemical hazard class <br /> was listed. The filter cake is listed as liquid when it's actually a solid. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of <br /> the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, correct the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete and incorrect. <br /> 1. Two 40 gallon containers of polymer water treatment chemical were found north of treatment building and their <br /> location has not been reported on the site map. <br /> 2. Sodium hydroxide and sulfuric acid hazardous materials listed on the site map in the ion exchange building are <br /> no longer stored at that location. <br /> 3.
