COMPLAINANT ALSO ALLEGES THEY ALLOW CAREGIVERS INTO THE KITCHEN <br />WITHOUT PROPER ATTIRE, THE CHAIRS ARE STICKY BECAUSE OF HOW FILTHY THEY ARE. UNDER THE TABLES <br />ARE DIRTY AND THEY KEEP THE DOOR THAT LEADS TO THE KITCHEN PROPPED OPEN. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />Name on Food Safety Certificate: Eric Dela Cruz Expiration Date: July 17, 2024 <br /> <br />Warewash Chlorine (Cl): ppm Heat: ° F Water/Hot Water Ware Sink Temp: ° F <br />Quaternary Ammonia (QA): ppm Hand Sink Temp: ° F <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Complaint Inspection. <br />Executive Director Lizeth Guerrero was aware of the complaint. <br />Inspection was done after lunch service was over. <br />Observed all kitchen staff wearing face masks. <br />Observed cooks with hairnets and dishwasher with cap, all were wearing aprons. <br />Observed wait staff with hair up. <br />Per Dining Room Manager Sushil Sharan in their internal policies only the cooks are required to wear hairnets, aprons, and <br />gloves. Wait staff are required to only put their hair up or have it braided. <br />Per Dining Room Manager they do general cleaning of dining room tables and chairs everyday with quat sanitizer and they do <br />deep cleaning in the dining room every 2 weeks. <br />The quat sanitizer that was dispensed from the mop sink dispenser was 200 ppm quat. <br />Observed some crumbs on chairs and gum under table in dining room and dining room manager said that they were in the <br />process of cleaning after service. <br />Door from dining room to kitchen is kept open to avoid accidents between wait staff entering and exiting kitchen. <br />Observed keep door closed sign on door from kitchen to outside.
