Then coat squeegee <br />side with one coat. If a thicker stencil is desired, additional <br />coats may be applied to print side. Note that one coat on <br />each side with CT-R is similar to four coats wet on wet with <br />typical diazo based emulsions. Dry thoroughly between <br />coats. <br />Note. <br />CT-R is presensitized. Stir before use. <br />Keep pail covered when not in use. <br />Return unused emulsion from scoop <br />coater to pail as soon as possible. <br />Emulsion dries quickly and will rapidly <br />"skin over. <br />DRY <br />Thoroughly dry screen in honzontal <br />position, print side down, using a total- <br />ly dark, clean drying cabinet <br />Temperature should not exceed 110°F <br />(43°C). <br />RECLAIM <br />Apply Chroma/Strip Th' screen <br />reclaimer to both sides of screen. <br />Scrub area to be reclaimed with a <br />stiff nylon brush to ensure entire <br />surface is wet and let it work a few <br />moments until stencil begins to dis- <br />solve. Remove stencil residue with <br />pressure washer, then rinse with <br />garden type hose, thoroughly flood- <br />ing screen and frame. <br />EXPOSURE GUIDELINES <br />Note Exposure times are suggested only as a guide <br />Use the step exposure method to determine optimal <br />exposure times.
