METAL FINISHING SOLUTIONS, INC. <br />July 13th 2021 <br />Elena Manzo <br />Lead Sr REHS <br />1868 East HazeIton Avenue <br />Stockton CA 95205 <br />RE — Empty Drums found at landfill <br />Elena Manzo — <br />Per your request, here is the follow-up of the empty drums found at the landfill site. <br />As you can see, we found 10 drums that did contain some liquid but 5 drums contained only <br />water and the other 5 drums were a mixture of water and chemicals (less than 3.5 gallons of <br />liquids). There were no drums with only chemical concentration. We documented the entire <br />process and we placed all excess liquids into our processing line. <br />Recently we lost our recycle vendor of drums and we have enhanced our procedures and <br />controls to avoid this situation. <br />All Clean will be cleaning up the broken drum and will complete a separate sample. <br />Please let me know if you have any further questions. <br />Robert Ashe <br />CFO/HR
