[EHD]
Subject: Notification of Potential Chemical Exposure at 2615 W Grant Line Rd, Tracy (Chevron
Dear Dr. Park,
Earlier today, the Environmental Health Department received a complaint from a customer who reported that some
diesel fuel got on their sweater while fueling their vehicle. It is uncertain if the fuel made contact with the complainant's
skin. The diesel at the dispenser was due to a leaking hose, which was since repaired. At this time no adverse reactions
or hospitalizations were reported by the complainant but if EHD receives updated information from the complainant
regarding any adverse reactions, we will send an update.
All the Best,
Carol Presto
Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Email: cpresto@s[gov.org I Phone: (209) 616-3061
https://www.sigov.oradepartment/envhealth/
Environmental Health Deportment's public lobby is open with some modifications.
