The perimeter fence gate was locked, so I was unable
to enter the site. I called property owner Jeanette Blixt who stated that Bob has the keys to the gate. I was unable to
contact Bob. I walked the perimeter of the site. Exposed glass was observed on the outside of the perimeter fence.
2.) On 6/17/2015 1 was able to contact Bob Barber who gave me permission to enter the site through his property, which
is adjacent to the C.I.A. site. I inspected the area inside of the perimeter fence (6/18/2015). Vegetation on the north side
of the site had decreased. Exposed glass was visible in this section of the site.
3.) There are no issues with site security. Site has a perimeter fence and the gate is locked.
