Redwood Ave. (APN 119-180-13) <br />A report has been received by the Environmental Health Department (EHD) confirming that you are responsible for a public <br />health violation at 3120 N Redwood Ave. <br />The nature of the public health violation(s) is (are) checked below: <br /> <br />X Garbage/Refuse Storage or Disposal (San Joaquin County Solid Waste Ordinance Code, Sections <br />5-2400, 5-2402, and 5-2403). <br /> <br />X Mandatory Residential Solid Waste Collection (San Joaquin County Solid Waste Ordinance Code, Section 5-2404). <br />Rats/Mice (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code 1481 & 2896, Section 5-2801). <br />Flies (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code 1481 & 2896, Section 5-2801). <br />Cockroaches (Health and Safety Code Division 3, Section 2800 & 2800.5). <br /> <br />X Dog Droppings (San Joaquin County Solid Waste Ordinance Code, Sections 5-2400, 5-2402, and <br />5-2403). <br />Abandoned and/or Unsealed Wells (San Joaquin County Development Title 9, Section 9-1115.5, and <br />9-1115.9) <br />The complaint states that the property has dog feces in the yard, which is creating a horrible smell at the above address. <br />To correct the violation listed above, dog feces must be removed to an approved disposal facility at least once per week <br />(every 7 days). In addition, the residence is located in a mandatory residential solid waste collection area. Ensure <br />residential solid waste service is obtained. All public health violations must be corrected immediately. <br />If further complaints are received, an investigation will be made which may result in legal action being taken at a rate of $152.00 <br />an hour.
