Notes: <br />1. Mr. Barber was contacted prior to conducting the inspection. <br />2. Vegetation in some spots on the property were becoming over grown. Please maintain the <br />vegetation low to prevent any potential fire hazards. <br />3. Site was secure <br />4. Fire wood pile was observed on site. Please remove the fire wood from the site and cease <br />the stockpiling of any material on site. <br />5. Concrete pile observed on site. Please remove concrete pile from the site and dispose of to <br />an appropriate disposal facility. <br />6. 3 bait stations were observed on site. Please maintain bait stations so that they are working <br />as intended. <br />7. Bore holes were observed throughout the property. Please repair bore holes with clean soil. <br />8. Exposed glass was observed throughout the site. Please cover any exposed glass with <br />clean soil. <br />9. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for <br />the site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant <br />to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the <br />LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district and local land use <br />agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction <br />activities for such PCLU. <br />10.
