B) Remove the concrete pile from the site and dispose of at an appropriate disposal
facility.
Inspection Report Comments
A routine quarterly inspection was conducted on October 9, 2025 and the following was
noted.

Notes:
1. Mr. Barber was contacted prior to the inspection.
2. Vegetation was high in some spots of the property. Most of the property had low vegetation.
Majority of the overgrown vegetation was observed on the northern corner of the parcel near
the wood and concrete piles. Maintain vegetation to a minimum.
3. The site was secure to discourage any unauthorized access.
4. 3 bait stations were reviewed on site. None of the bait stations viewed on site were
observed to have a bait. Maintain the bait stations with bait so as to assure that the bait
stations are working as intended.
5. Burrows were observed throughout the entire property. Repair burrows with clean soil.
6. Exposed glass was observed concentrated to the northeastern fence line of the parcel.
Cover exposed glass with clean soil.
7. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for
the site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant
to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the
LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district and local land use
agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction
activities for such PCLU.
8. T27CCR, Section 21200 requires that CalRecycle end EHD are notified at least 45 days
prior to the sale or transfer of the property.
Attachments
Barber Private Dump 2025 Q4 Photo log
Closed Disposal Site Inspection Report (188)
Barber Private Dump (39-CR-0018)
10/9/2025
CalRecycle Solid Waste Information System (SWIS)Page 2 of 2
Date Generated: October 14, 2025 8:23 AM
