All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Soap dispenser in left restroom was empty. Provide soap in dispenser today. <br />The left restroom hand sink did not have a paper towel dispenser, observed towel paper on top of soap dispenser and toilet. <br />Provide a wall mounted paper towel dispenser in 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: The 1 dr Frigidaire display #1 with salads/sandwiches was 44 F. Provide 41 F or below today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed rodent droppings of bottom of yellow/white shelf rack with cranberries/fried onions, bottom <br />shelf of canned jalapenos, salsa and tomatoes, and on the shelves and floor near the receiving door. Per employee the <br />facility is serviced by pest control but information about pest control was not available during the inspection. Clean and <br />sanitize areas immediately and increase pest control measures as necessary. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: The mop sink was missing it's front right leg. Replace within 1 week. <br />The 1 dr Frigidaire #3 with the almond/lactose free milk was missing its door handle.
