TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP, TRACT NO. 878, <br /> LATHROP PARK HOMES of DUNN, PHILLIPS, AND MATTES, <br /> on the north side of Louise Avenue and south of Lathrop <br /> Village Homes in the Town of Lathrop. . <br /> Mr. Lee Dunn, representing the applicant, stated that <br /> they have no objection to the conditions suggested by <br /> the Subdivision Committee. <br /> Mr. Bill Phillips, also one of the property owners, read <br /> a letter from Mr. Mattes in support of the Map and he <br /> also presented a map showing the proposed develop- <br /> ment north of subject property. <br /> Mr. Harrell said that this proposal does meet discharge <br /> requirements of the Central Valley Water Quality Control <br /> Board. There was considerable discussion on possible <br /> increase in size of the treatment plant. Mr. Dunn <br /> stated that the present treatment plant is more than <br /> sufficient to handle both of the two planned subdivisions, <br /> but they are willing to increase the size of the plant if <br /> it is necessary. <br /> Moved, seconded (Gillis pie-Locke) and carried by a <br /> unanimous roll call vote to approve the permit subject <br /> to the conditions suggested by the Subdivision Committee <br /> with the following amendments: <br /> 8. Sewerage, drainage, and street lighting systems <br /> shall be maintained by a maintenance district. <br /> The maintenance district shall be formed prior <br /> to acceptance of the final subdivision map and <br /> shall include the total contiguous ownership of <br /> the property owner. <br /> ------------- <br /> T <br />
