Wal-Mart shall conduct weekly inspections of hazardous.:wastestorage areas at each <br />Wal-Mart Facility, as required by California Code of Regulations, Title 22, sections 66,262.34 and <br />,-66265.174. <br />5.1.i. Wal-Mart shall. treat discarded or no longer usable non -empty aerosol cans either (i) <br />as universal waste as required by California Code. of Regulations, Title 22, Chapter 23, <br />"General practice" refers to those circumstances where there is no contractual. agreement <br />between a vendor and Wal-Mart regarding disposition of a returned item, or where ,a vendor with <br />such a. contractual agrcomeot with Wal-Mart than ges the disposition of an item without ffirmally <br />changing the entire agreement. <br />8 <br />STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF FINAL juDomENT ON CONSENT <br />
