The EHD recommends a residential use rate of 70-gallons per person/day with an average <br />occupancy of two persons per bedroom. <br />In accordance with the San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Standards <br />(OWTS) dated January 2017, Table 6.6-Water Use Computation table, the following average daily <br />flow rates have been selected to calculate the wastewater flows for the assembly hall and visitors: <br />Churches — no kitchen, 5 gallons per person (similar to the assembly hall) (page 21 of 40) <br />The rates presented from the references provide general guidance but do not always reflect a <br />match in usage. Should any of the above information provided to our office change or is inconsistent <br />with what is stated, our office shall be contacted to make any necessary modifications to our <br />calculations.
