The site is located
south of State
Highway 205
and west of Hansen Road in Tracy,
California. A
plot plan and
vicinity map
showing the approximate location of
the proposed
subdivision and
test sites are
presented on Plate I of this report.
10
39
- P-7
An original set of percolation tests for this site was performed in November
1983. The three tests submitted in this report are in addition to the original
tests. They were requested by San Joaquin County Health Department. They are
requiring a total of one test per three lots. The scope of our services was
outlined in our phone conversation of March 26, 1984.
The three percolation tests were each approximately 3 feet deep, 6 inches in
diameter, and lined with perforated Orangeburg pipe. The percolation holes were
initially filled with water and allowed to soak for a period of 24 hours. The
tests were performed by filling the hole with water to a fixed referenced point
and gllowing the water to percolate for a period of 1/2 -hour intervals. A final
reading was taken at the end of the 4 -hour period. The percolation test results
are presented on the following Table:
Percolation Test Results
Percolation
Depth of Hole
Rate
Test No.
(inches)
(min/in)
Lot No.
P-6
36"
10
39
- P-7
36"
I 125;V
35
P-8
36"
42
33
